Welcome to class 4. We are a bright, happy class. In year 1 we build on the learning through play curriculum from Reception. We have a sand tray, role-play area and exciting book corner where we love to sit and take time to look through books.  We learn outside the classroom where ever possible and we really like going for walks around the local area to look at old and new houses or to hear the different sounds. We have P.E and ICT twice a week and in the summer term we use the school swimming pool. We enjoy working in our classroom atmosphere which is calm and friendly. We love to have fun while we are learning, that's why we all come in with a smile in the mornings!
