Inspire

All parents of key stage one pupils were invited to school for a morning of maths activities.

The activities enhanced the key objectives of learning some number bonds and knowing what each digit represents.

Children and parents were encouraged to move from activity to activity, enabling them to play a wide range of games.

The final session had children and parents working together to develop a game that they took home to play.

A leaflet was given to the parents and this contained information about all the activities.
